Cary Bunin: Chaiman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bunin joined BTI as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in October of 2001. Mr. Bunin is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Andover Consulting, an international Investment Banking group which specializes in major project financing, mergers, acquisitions, and complex contract negotiations.  Mr. Bunin has worked in the financial services sector for over thirty years and participates in the annual meetings of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund/World Bank.  Mr. Bunin has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in global financings with major banking institutions;  major corporations and governments.

Allen Lubow, Director of Research & Development

Mr. Lubow joined BTI when his company was acquired in February of 2002.  Mr. Lubow was the founder of a software publishing company, SNX Inc., in 1976, which has become the leading bar code software company in the world.  SNX Inc. bar code software has won numerous industry awards and has led the bar code industry in developing standards for world wide adoption of bar code symbology standards.  Many of the patents registered by Mr. Lubow, now owned by BTI, have been breakthrough technologies to allow readability and scalability.  Mr. Lubow has been published and is a recognized expert in the bar code community.  Mr. Lubow helped develop the RSS baseline software offered by the Uniform Code Council.
